Lu4 - VPN Gaming

1Download WireGuard Client

Install the official WireGuard app for Windows:

2Get Your VPN Config

Ask the administrator for your personal configuration file. You will receive:

• A .conf file - download and import into WireGuard

3Import Configuration

1. Open the WireGuard app
2. Click "Import tunnel(s) from file"
3. Select the .conf file you received
4. The tunnel will appear in the list - click "Activate"

4Verify Connection

After activating the tunnel, verify it works:

• The WireGuard app shows green indicator = connected Active
• Check the Transfer counter - if bytes are flowing, you are connected
• Launch Lu4 and connect to port 7782

5Troubleshooting

❌ "Unable to activate tunnel"

• Check your internet connection
• Make sure your config is not expired - ask admin for a new one
• Try deactivating and re-activating the tunnel

❌ Tunnel active but high ping

• Restart the WireGuard tunnel
• Check if your ISP is throttling UDP - try a gaming VPN mode
• Use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi for best results

❌ Game still lags with VPN

• Make sure the WireGuard tunnel is green/active
• Ask admin to check if your config is enabled in the panel

❌ "AmbiguousEndpoint" or config error

• Delete the tunnel and re-import the .conf file
• Do not edit the config file manually

⚙For Administrators

To manage players, create new configs, or revoke access:

Create client: Click "New" → enter player name → give the .conf file.
Revoke access: Toggle the switch next to client or delete.
Backup: Use "Backup" button to export all configs as JSON.
